Head Coach - Jen Bramlett

My passion is teaching this great sport to the next generation. I want my players to love it as much as I do. I teach my players to understand the game as I believe this elevates them to the next level and sets them apart from others. I strive for a positive approach and believe we perform best if we feel good about ourselves. Emotional management is a part of the overall game that I focus on and teach my players how to use their thoughts and emotions to achieve their very best.

As a coach, I have coached club volleyball many years. I have even been an Assistant Club Director previously and understand the club process and truly appreciate the priorities here at Summit. I took a few years off to watch my own daughter compete in her sports. I’m excited to be back and part of this special club. I am a varsity high school coach and have coached at Denton Calvary Academy since 2012. During my tenure there, we have competed at the State Tournament 5 times. We have three State Championships, one Runner Up, and one Semi-Finalist. We have competed at the Regional Finals multiple times and won more District Championships than I can keep track of. I have been honored to be selected Coach of the Year at the District and State level multiple times.

I truly believe in a positive environment with an emphasis on a high work ethic and coach-ability. Competition breeds excellence.
